Visited Pearl Harbour today.....very sad but well worth the visit. Had a tour through the U.S.S Bowfin submarine. Absolutely amazing to think that these mariners spent days and days living in such a confined space. The kitchen and dining area were unbelievable, not to mention the toilet facilities and bedding!!!!!
The U.S.S Arizona Memorial was quite overwhelming. Over 1100 seaman died and are still lying at rest in this sunken ship today.
Arrived back at our hotel late in the afternoon in time for a swim. The weather has been beautiful. Sunny, warm and a little humid.
